At first, I was quite skeptical about taking antidepressants, as I’ve heard that they tend to make you numb. To my pleasant surprise, this isn’t one like that at all, and it has really improved my depression and anxiety levels, along with improving my sleep. I’m truly very happy with it.

I started practicing exercise at home after starting this prescription medication, and I also go for brief walks. I always contact someone with whom I have complete faith and with whom I can express my emotions. I never imagined that these medications would make everything so much easier.
