My tendency to overthink constantly led to feelings of hopelessness, self-doubt, and poor decision-making. I used to catastrophize most of the time and constantly tried to control things that nobody could realistically control. Alongside taking Prozac, I have been practicing meditation. After sticking to this routine for over a year, my life has turned around. I no longer waste time overthinking.

After being on Prozac for almost 3 weeks, I started feeling much better. I had some ups and downs in the first week but my body got used to it very quickly. No more sadness, no depressed mood, no anxiety at all. Now I completely feel like a new person.
