I have been taking Irbesartan 300mg to prevent diabetic kidney disease after 1 of them got removed. It's been two years, and I have faced no issues to date. Sometimes I get mild dizziness, but it goes away in a few minutes.

My recent lab report showed that I was suffering from Hypertension. The blood pressure had skyrocketed to 160/95 mm Hg, and hence, the doctor said that the prolonged condition could cause a stroke. I have then prescribed Irbesartan 300mg. The medication did well to pull back things to normal range. Now blood pressure mostly remains around 120/80 mmHg, and it also did not cause any side effects.
