I found it to be very helpful for relieving spasms in my neck, shoulders, back, and hips. It took some time for the muscles to release, but it was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend this for back pain and muscle spasms. Consistency in using it is key to seeing results.

Three months ago, heavy lifting caused muscle strain in my hand. I used to face unbearable pain while moving.
