I have had recurring UTIs and have tried just about every antibiotic, and nothing else has helped me. I had no problems at all with this one. Absolutely no side effects, and I was able to take it on a completely empty stomach. I love Faropenem, it finally cured my UTI.

Faropenem treats a wide range of infections. I am pleased with the effectiveness. It is easy to take twice a day. It's been over 5 years since I've been ordering my medications from here. I highly recommend that everyone should try it after consulting with a doctor.
