    I was put on this medication by the doctor to help me deal with GERD. While lying, the acid would come up to my throat, and it felt as if I would throw up. The medication has been very effective in reducing the acid level, I feel a lot better now with no more heartburn and chest pain. The medication hasn't caused any side effects either.
