Changes to U.S. Import Regulations
Updated - 20th August 2025
Dear Valued Customers,
Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. Government will remove the de minimis exemption, which currently allows shipments under $800 to enter duty- and tax-free.
What this means:
All international packages, regardless of value, will now be subject to U.S. customs duties and import taxes.
These duties and tariffs are implemented by the U.S. Government and are not in our control.
Orders shipped before August 29, 2025 may still arrive duty-free if delivered prior to the rule change.
Orders arriving in the U.S. on or after August 29 will likely require duty/tax payment upon delivery.
All shipments—including postal (USPS) and courier deliveries—will require a customs entry. While carriers and postal services are preparing new procedures, there may be some temporary delays or added checks as the rules take effect.
Our Commitment:
We are closely monitoring this policy change, working with our shipping partners, and tracking daily updates from U.S. authorities. Our team is committed to ensuring a smooth transition and will keep you informed every step of the way.
Important Note:
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that any applicable duties, tariffs, or taxes are your responsibility as the importer. These charges are not controlled by us and must be paid by you to receive your package.
Thank you for your trust and continued support. If you have any questions, please reach out — we’re here to help.
