Dear Customers,

We’re happy to announce that shipping operations have completely resumed. Our original shipping method from the origin country is now fully active again. While we had temporarily collaborated with another postal network to ensure continuity, both services are currently running efficiently, and deliveries are back to pre–de minimis normals.

Dispatch & Delivery:
Parcels are now being dispatched on schedule. The usual delivery period is 7 to 28 working days from dispatch, though many shipments are arriving even sooner.

U.S. Tariff Adjustment (15%)
After the withdrawal of the de minimis exemption, all shipments to the United States are subject to import duties. Our shipping origin falls under a 50% tariff category.
To reduce the burden on our customers, we are covering most of this cost and applying only a shared duty of 15% on the order value.

Your 10% new order or reorder discount remains unchanged—so the effective extra impact to you is just about 5%.

This charge is a government mandate, not our internal policy. Our goal remains transparency and fairness while continuing to shoulder the larger part of the cost ourselves.

Great News!

Dear Customers,

We’re glad to inform you that shipments have restarted. We have tied up with a new postal partner in a different country, since the previous carrier in our origin country has still not resumed operations after the U.S. government removed the de minimis exemption (which made all incoming parcels liable for customs duty).

Orders are now being dispatched. However, due to the heavy order buildup over the past weeks, processing is running about one week behind than usual. As packages now pass through a transit country before heading to the U.S., the current delivery window is 15–28 working days from dispatch.

Tariff Update – 15%

Following the policy change, all U.S.-bound parcels are now taxed. Shipments from our origin country fall under the 50% tariff category. To ease the burden on you, we are covering most of this cost and applying only a shared U.S. duty charge of 15% on orders. The remaining amount is absorbed by us.

On top of this, our 10% new order / reorder discount is still valid, meaning the net impact for customers is roughly 5%. Without our support, the charge would have been the full product price plus 15%.

We want to emphasize that this is not a change we chose. It is a requirement from U.S. authorities, entirely outside our control. We do not profit from it — our commitment is to stay transparent and shield our customers from the larger share of these costs.

Good News!
We are pleased to share that we have successfully partnered with a new postal carrier.

As you may know, following the removal of the De Minimis Exemption, postal services of more than 25 countries—including the one from which we ship—had been paused since 21st August. We sincerely thank you for your patience during this challenging period.

With this new partnership in place, we are now preparing all pending orders placed during the pause. Shipments are expected to begin leaving our warehouse within the next 5–7 working days.

Please note: dispatches have not yet started, but preparations are well underway to ensure a smooth restart at the earliest. Orders placed during the paused period will be prioritized and shipped first. Thereafter, all new orders will be processed on a first-in, first-out basis.

Once dispatched, deliveries will continue as usual with an estimated timeframe of 7 to 28 working days.

Our team is committed to making this transition seamless and will keep you updated at every step.

Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. Government has removed the de minimis exemption, which allowed shipments under $800 to enter duty- and tax-free.

As of August 25th, 2025, the origin country’s postal service has paused all shipments to the USA in response to this change. This step has been taken as a last resort, since adequate mechanisms have not yet been established by U.S. Customs and USPS, and very little time was provided to implement a regulatory-compliant solution. The postal authority has assured us that restoring service remains their highest priority, and every effort is being made to resume operations as quickly as possible.

Until then:

1. Shipping Time

  1. Orders will not be processed or shipped until the origin country’s postal service resumes operations.

  2. Deliveries that were previously 7–28 working days may now take 30–40 working days. This applies even to orders already paid or shipped recently.

2. Customer Service

  1. Our Phone, Chat, and Email teams remain fully operational.

  2. However, during this period, support executives will have limited information about order status due to restricted shipping updates.

3. Refunds

  1. Our banks are currently overwhelmed with refund requests across businesses and have temporarily halted direct refunds.

  2. As a responsible company, if your order is not shipped within 21 working days, you can contact us if you do not wish to wait further, and we will issue a store credit refund (usable anytime in the future).
